REFUND POLICY — 30-DAY RETURNS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

Eligibility
The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Trying it at home is fine — it just shouldn't come back damaged or unusable.

How to start a return
Email support@kittiel.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.

Return shipping
- Our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): we cover it.
- Change of mind: return shipping is on you.

Damaged or defective on arrival?
Send us a photo at support@kittiel.com — no need to ship anything back. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
